Reporting options

With Additional View online focus groups or online surveys you have the option of two levels of reporting.

1. Summary reporting

This option provides a top level summary of the main findings and recommendations. This option is delivered in Power Point format and is typically 10 pages in length. This is suited to projects which need immediate top level feedback and insights and is the most cost effective. You will also receive the full transcripts from online chat based focus group discussions.

2. Full reporting

For more complex analysis and in-depth observation we would recommend the full reporting option. This report is also delivered in Power Point format and is typically 30 to 40 pages in length. This is suited to projects which need detailed analysis and observational evidence to support complex decisions. You will also receive the full transcripts of the online focus group discussions.

Support options

After you have had time to absorb the results of your research it is not uncommon to be faced with important decisions. Common question we get asked includes “how do we implement these recommendations?”, or “what are the next steps?”. The good news is that we can provide the help you need to keep your project moving forward. You may require us to deliver an online survey to test some of the focus group findings. It could be that you need us to develop an implementation plan to prioritise resources and assist with stakeholder management. Once the initial report has been delivered we will hold a debriefing session with you to find out how we can continue to support your project.
