What are your payment terms?
We will begin your project once we have received your agreed initial project deposit. The project deposit is typically 30% to 50% of the project cost with the remainder of the project fee due within 14 days of the project delivery date. This may vary depending on the size of the research project with progress payments required for projects over $10,000. Payment is deposited directly into our bank account.

How long does it take to complete a research project?
This will depend on the complexity of the research required and the specifics of the group participants or survey respondents, but generally we aim to turn around a online focus group project within 7 working days and straight forward online survey projects can be completed in as little as 10 working days.
