Steven Mallows

Steven has 20 years marketing experience working with corporate, government and small to medium size businesses. Before co-founding Additional View in 2005 Steven spent 8 years in a senior Marketing Management positions within the corporate sector. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, a Graduate Certificate in Computing and a Masters Degree in eCommerce.

With a high level of expertise in both online and offline marketing strategy development, online real-time qualitative research, Steven is committed to helping businesses and government organisations realise a greater return on their research investment.

Steven is a Full Member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society, A member of the Australian Marketing Institute and the Australian Direct Marketing Association.

Ainslie Timbs

A graduate of commerce and marketing, Ainslie has over 16 years experience in marketing, media and advertising, including overseas contracts within the UK media industry.

On her return to Australia, Ainslie moved into the area of online Marketing and marketing project manager. She is experienced in key stakeholder management and the development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies. Ainslie has high level of experience with online focus group recruitment and manages both moderator and participant needs.

Ainslie has a strong commitment to delivering effective, productive and successful outcomes for all Additional View online focus group clients.
